Terms of Service

By accessing or using TradingGrove (the "Platform"), whether through our website, web application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and TradingGrove ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

TradingGrove provides the following services:

• Crypto Position Size Calculator — A free, browser-based tool for calculating position size, leverage, margin, and risk/reward ratios for cryptocurrency trades.
• Forex Lot Size Calculator — A free, browser-based tool for calculating lot size, pip value, and risk metrics across forex, indices, and commodity pairs.
• Trading Journal — A cloud-synced journaling system for logging, organizing, and reviewing your personal trading history, notes, and performance data.
• Analytics — Performance statistics, charts, and breakdowns derived exclusively from your own trade journal data.
• Educational Content — General risk management guidance, tips, and FAQs for informational purposes only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use any paid features of TradingGrove. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your country or region. We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations.

To access the Trading Journal and Pro features, you must register for an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Free Plan — Available indefinitely, no credit card required. Includes 1 trading journal, unlimited trade logs, 1 image per trade, basic analytics, and limited calendar lookback. Free-tier users will see advertisements.

Pro Plan — A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited journals, multiple images per trade, full analytics suite (heatmap, mood, confidence, timeframe breakdowns), unlimited calendar lookback, notes collection, export/import, colour and font themes, PIN-protected journals, and an ad-free experience.

Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle:

• Monthly — $15.00 USD billed each month
• Annual — $120.00 USD billed once per year ($10.00/month equivalent)

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage Billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Pro access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Pro plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

TradingGrove operates an optional referral program. When a user you refer subscribes to Pro for the first time using your unique referral link or code, you will automatically receive 30 free days of Pro credited to your account.

• Referral rewards apply only to first-time Pro subscriptions by the referred user
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
• We reserve the right to revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive referral activity
• The referral program terms may change at any time with notice

All trade logs, journal entries, notes, and images you upload to TradingGrove ("User Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence solely to store and display your content back to you within the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your trade data. We do not verify, audit, or endorse any trade information you log. We will never sell, share, or use your personal trading data for marketing or third-party purposes.

Pro users may export all their data as .json or .csv files at any time. Upon account deletion, all User Content is permanently and irreversibly erased from our systems.

Nothing provided on the Platform — including but not limited to calculators, position size outputs, analytics, performance statistics, educational articles, tips, or any other feature — should be interpreted as:

• Financial advice or investment advice of any kind
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument
• A signal or strategy suggestion for any trade
• A guarantee of profitability or accuracy
• Regulated financial guidance under any applicable law

By using TradingGrove, you acknowledge and agree that you are using the Platform solely as an organisational and calculation aid, and that all trading decisions are made entirely at your own risk and discretion.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform's code or content
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
• Abuse or manipulate the referral program
• Introduce malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without written permission

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs
• Calculation results will be accurate for all brokers or market conditions
• The Platform will meet your specific trading requirements
• Any data stored on the Platform will be available indefinitely

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Calculator outputs should always be verified against your broker's specifications before placing a trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradingGrove and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Trading losses, financial losses, or investment losses of any kind
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in calculator outputs
• Service interruptions or data loss events

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Upon deletion, all your data — journals, trades, images, notes — is permanently erased.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without notice or liability, if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service entirely.

In the event of termination by us without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription where required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the Platform and may delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
