14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a TradingGrove Pro subscription and are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your purchase, we will refund your payment in full. No explanations required. No hidden terms.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time monthly Pro subscriptions — Full refund of the $15.00 USD charge
- First-time annual Pro subscriptions — Full refund of the $120.00 USD charge
- Upgrades from Free to Pro — Full refund of the subscription amount
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at support@tradinggrove.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your email address and the email associated with your TradingGrove account
- Let us know what would make TradingGrove better for you (optional feedback)
- We'll review your request and process your refund within 3 business days
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used. If paying by credit card, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase
- Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)
- You must not have previously received a refund for the same billing cycle
- The refund applies only to the subscription price itself, not to any bonuses or credits you may have earned
If your account has been flagged for suspicious activity (e.g., fraudulent signup, Terms violations), we may decline a refund at our discretion and report the account to our payment processor.
Refund Processing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refund issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3 business days
- Subscription cancelled immediately — your Pro access ends right away
- Account downgraded to the Free plan — you'll keep your primary journal and basic features
- Additional journals** become read-only — if you created extra journals during your Pro trial, they'll be locked to viewing only. All your data is preserved.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed by your bank
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for a refund:
- Referral reward days — Free Pro days earned through the referral program cannot be refunded or converted to cash
- Promotional credits — Any discount codes, promo credits, or bundle offers applied to your subscription
- Renewal subscriptions — If you've already allowed a second billing cycle to occur beyond the 14-day window, that charge cannot be refunded through this guarantee
- Partial refunds — Refunds are all-or-nothing. If you've used the service, the entire subscription price is refundable within 14 days only.
Referral Reward Days
If you've earned free Pro days through our referral program, those days are non-transferable and non-refundable. They are:
- Free — You earned them at no cost by referring friends
- Non-exchangeable for cash — They have no monetary value and cannot be converted to a refund or payment
- Valid for the subscription period — You can use them to extend your Pro access or start a new subscription, but they cannot be returned
- Subject to referral program terms — See our Terms of Service, Section 7, for full referral program rules
If you request a refund and you have unused referral reward days on your account, the refund is for your paid subscription only. Your earned days remain credited to your account in case you decide to upgrade again.
Cancellation vs. Refund
There is an important difference between cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund:
You keep your Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Then you drop to Free. No refund issued.
Within 14 days of purchase, you get your money back. Your subscription ends immediately, and your account reverts to Free.
Cancel without refunding: Go to Manage Billing in your Pro subscription page. This keeps your access through the end of your billing cycle.
Request a refund: Email support@tradinggrove.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds end your Pro access immediately.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you dispute a TradingGrove charge with your bank or payment processor (a chargeback), you forfeit your right to use the service and your account will be permanently suspended. Please contact us first before filing a dispute:
- Contact support@tradinggrove.com if there's a billing issue
- We'll resolve billing problems quickly and fairly
- Filing a chargeback without trying to resolve it with us first may result in account suspension and legal action
Chargebacks create unnecessary work for our payment processors and are a violation of our Terms of Service. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving any issues directly with our support team.
