Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan never expires and requires no credit card. You get 1 journal, unlimited trade logs, basic analytics, and limited calendar lookback — no strings attached.
What's the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Monthly is $15/month billed each month. Annual is $120/year — that's just $10/month, saving you $60 compared to paying monthly. Both plans include exactly the same Pro features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime via Manage Billing. You keep full Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to Free. Your trades and journals are never deleted.
What about refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Pro within 14 days of purchase, we'll refund your payment in full. See our refund policy for details.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link from your Profile page. When someone signs up through your link and subscribes to Pro for the first time, you automatically receive 30 free days of Pro added to your account.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your trades and journal entries are stored securely in Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your data. Pro users can export everything as .json or .csv anytime. See our privacy policy for full details.
